Progress Note Addendum

William, a medical student, has submitted the following, more detailed, chart for your perusal.

I still think we neurologists should have a special "Freaks and Greeks" heading for our field, though.

Old MD Girl- Good point. Heme/Onc isn't on there. Maybe a line connecting "scared of the dark" to one of the medical subspecialties ("likes bone marrow bx")

When I think of all the residents and doctors I work with, this chart is amazingly accurate.

I love the favorite colors heading! I wish there were one of these for nurses but according to the chart for doctors I'm in the right field (let's just say I'm crazy with a short attention span).

I work on a surgical floor that includes ENT, urology, optho...and those are the colours we use to organize their charts!
