uhhhh... does she think a neurologist is the same thing as a hair stylist?

No, a neurologist is not the same thing as a hair stylist, but a good yak herder styles the yaks' hair (fur?)!
Or perhaps she thinks she IS a yak. What was her presenting diagnosis? Dementia can take some strange forms...

I think she might still need your help, as someone else mentioned for a little dementia maybe.
Today is day one, and so wash it again tonight. And use plenty of peanut oil so your hair shines. Oh, and don't forget the Black Flag at the end, to prevent the you know whats.
Just what did you see this patient for last week?
Foot pain.
This would only make sense if she had an incision she was supposed to keep dry.
Next Question: I've done the lather, rinse, repeat now seven times now! How many times exactly am I supposed to be repeating this?
