Danger: Exploding snack food!

Wow. And I thought shaking up a can of Diet Coke was dangerous.

At least the churros exploded before they were consumed. I've certainly had my share of latin food that was explosive *after* I ate it.

Food Editor 1:  It says here to heat the oil to 375 degrees. Is that Farenheit or Centigrade?
Food Editor 2:  We use Centigrade here in Chile, not that gringo Farenheit stuff.
Food Editor 1:  OK, Centigrade it is.

(Note: I don't know if that was the problem, but 375 C would be 707 F, or some such error.
