Dr. Grumpy: "I thought I told you that you're not allowed to drive until April?"
Mr. Seizure: "Um, yeah, I mean, I was, uh, riding and, um, looking for an empty bike rack."

A bike rack to run over?
LOL
Oops.
My little sister drove me around when I wasn't allowed to after I got my ICD. She wasn't exactly the world's best driver at the time, and there was more than one occasion when I made her get out and let me drive. Nobody found me out, though.
Because if I can't drive a car, a bike is PERFECTLY safe.

So close, but he couldn't quite pull off the b.s.
Li'l Azathoth: The ad Google chose to put under this post was for the Venus Bikini Trimmer. "Learn How To Get Beach-Ready With Bikini Shaving Tips From Gillette." I wonder if their tips included Don't Drive?

Because you're never too epileptic for razors!
I was at an equine camp with a girl that was epileptic. She would have those fugue seizures and just stop moving. I remember having to ride double with her so that she could ride this one horse at more than a walk. I also remember her going into a seizure on the diving board at the swimming pool. Fun times.
PS, Dr Grumpy, do humans have those autonomic seizures where they just show intestinal signs? I had a seizure patient (dog) in ICU the other night that was refractory to his seizure medication (keppra) and did that nauseous lip licking thing, looked at the abd, then yowled. I have had one other canine patient to show these signs. She was on a diazepam CRI, but responded to bolus of diazepam. Just wondering about similarities.
