The "It tastes like a borgasmord" kid from all those early 70s commercials for Underwood Deviled Ham and Dunkin Donut Munchkins and Thick and Frosty Shakes and other such khazerai. Specifically, I'm imagining a TV commercial for pharmaceuticals, where a cute gnome-like little kid with a high voice and a slight lisp says something adorable like "These pills make me feel undizzy" while the crawl text mentions all the potential side effects.
