I only have two tibias, one in each leg. I never realized before this day that I suffer from Congenital Tibia Deficiency. I am heartbroken.

Damn it, that's why my gym regimen isn't paying off. I haven't been using those back tibias at all! Maybe I need a personal trainer after all.

Never criticize during brain storming sessions - getting extra tibias could be a new cosmo-surgery (or should that be artisanal-surgery) fashion.
