Maybe the drug rep is using the drugs...it could happen! I have a few doctors I would like to refer. In fact, one is a neurologist. He loves to say "the patient is aphasic and nonverbal." His other favorite line, "the patient has no history of stroke or CVA." Is redundancy a neurologic disorder?
It may be and it might be.
As a coping strategy, she should change the note to read "Happy Next Halloween".

I wonder if she was trying to get rid of all the darn halloween candy/cookies/etc! I finally had to take my leftovers to work! It went FAST there!
Damn brilliant, says I. She made you think about it, didn't she? Score one for subtlety, even if it's done in a rather quirky fashion.
