Thursday night, 8:05 p.m.

"Hi, I have an appointment with Dr. Grumpy tomorrow, but I keep my schedule on my cell phone calendar, and I've lost the phone. Can someone please call and tell me what time my appointment is? My cell phone is 867-5309. Thank you."

Anonymous said...: My guess is that this patient is between 54-67 yrs of age, not older because they don't have the nerd pocket protector that prevents cell phones from falling into the toilet when leaning over, and although the service has been available since the late 80's never ran into the problem before and doesn't remember how to call that magic number that allows one to listen to their own saved phone messages from any phone and (not to discriminated against us baby-boomers or anything).
