My partner gets annoyed when people call it OCD. She insists it should be called CDO due to that being in alphabetical order....
We have BORING folks at my office. In fact, they rarely come in and most contact is via telephone or email and yes, sometimes via snail-mail or overnight express. We have to work around their schedule and many times bend over backwards to accommodate their schedule as some of them are located in another state or country.
I don't think I would know how to respond if someone in our office said something like that. What did you tell her and were you able to do it with a straight face?
