Maaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!

Dr. Grumpy: "Can you smile for me?"

Mr. Poligrip smiles a little.

Dr. Grumpy: "Smile wider. Can you show me your teeth?"

Mr. Poligrip takes out his teeth and holds them up.

I once counseled a man in his 40s on the use of inhaled corticosteroids and to remember to rinse his mouth out after. I suggested he use the inhaler before brushing his teeth. He worriedly replied, "but I don't have any teeth!"
