Why would he be seeing a neurologist for a physical or metaphorical pain in his ass?
Anon, neurologists treat disorders of the nervous system, and there are indeed neurological disorders that can cause a literal pain in the ass. Look up "sciatica."

Everybody's a comedian. Maybe Mr. Youngman needs to see to a pain specialist for an epidural injection.
Or a marriage counselor. Give him a quarter to flip for it.
Does he need a neurologist or a divorce lawyer for a pain in the butt that started with marriage...
Or will the lawyer create an even bigger pain in the butt?

Sciatica, yes. Also other things that manifest as hip pain; pinched nerves, for instance.
I am thinking he maybe needs a therapist instead of a neurologist.
