Well, I will leave the medical advice to the ones who have done med school, but as a human being with some knowledge of anatomy, this man has problems.

Big ones.

BTW, if you don't know, Google pitutary gland and see where you wind up. Minus 10 points if you have to do the same for the sciatic nerve.

Genuinely impressive... but wouldn't the best medical solution be to advise him to remove his cranium from his rectum and call it good??

I had a confused elderly woman in my ED recently say: " My doctor got me to remember this and he said it's very important to say whenever I go into hospital. I only have two neurons, and they don't synapse properly."

For once a local doctor thinking of us in ED! The hard part was keeping a straight face.
