I don't know why I haven't received one of those notes yet. If I see a good parking spot that is partially parked in (because the inconsiderate driver didn't park in the lines), I'll still park there, but within the lines.
Hahah funny I also live in philly and left a similar but even more passive aggressive of a note the other day. Cracks me up.

I don't get what's funny about the Mesa one.
I saw an identical note on a car in the DC area...except the note was accompanied by a giant scratch from the note-writer's key. The worst thing was that the scratched car was actually parked in the center of the marked parking space.
Hey, haven't you seen those commercials where they pour a whole measuring cup full of blue liquid onto a diaper and it soaks it all up? I'll bet those used diapers have plenty of spare capacity.
