hahaha...somehow since it involves Wal-Mart, I'm just not surprised. (Gasp! Am I profiling? Maybe I am just all too addicted to People of Wal-Mart).
Wouldn't be the first time someone drove away with one. Probably won't be the last, either. People are weird.

When I worked in Louisiana you would see people riding these things down highways, with kids on the back.
