This is what greeted them.

obviously ....a psych patient
....What!?
Helen- What a coincidence! That's exactly what Mary said!
(though she added 2 more words after "what"...)
Who finished them off? You can't let half eaten chocolate go to waste....
ew, ew, ew. there's no excuse for this...unless it was an Alzheimer's patient (in which case, i hold the patient's caretaker responsible!).
Blaze- Nope. It wasn't.
Homer Simpson Chocolates!
The patients name wasn't Forest Gump, was it?
Take it as a token of the quality of care that they think you are giving them. ;-)
I just can't believe it. You make this shit up.
Amanda- I wish.
EEWWWW!!!
Get out!
Regifting is one thing....passing on leftovers...priceless?? In so many ways?
Hope this isnt a comment on your staff....cause then we KNOW the patient is not cheap, rather she is not sane!
My question isn't so much why she decided to regift in such a manner, but WHY would one take a bite of a chocolate and not finish it? I just don't get that mindset....it's just wrong on so many levels....
I think they are getting Christmas, Valentine's Day, and April Fool's all confused.
I read the later blog before this one and just couldn't hold the guffaws in any more. Everyone in the pharmacy was wondering why I had to step out in the hall so suddenly.
Ahhhh. Just you wait, Dr. G. Just you wait.
Life is like a box of chocolates . . . have sampled and regifted!
Every time I read the title, content, and last line along with the descriptive photo I burst out laughing. Those chocolates (or what's left of them) are so articulate in portraying 'blatant and wanton pre-frontal cortical teen-ager prank', I just cannot help myself. Not that kids should be developing some sense of personal direction by the time they are called 'teens', and it shouldn't be as funny as an innocent 3-year, but the peturbed outrage and everyone's response is hilarious, in light of not knowing what actually happened.
