...I think my favourite part is him being taught how to say 'Be-itch' correctly.

Those letter writers are the reason I like dogs better than I like most people. Three cheers for science, for evolution, and for Richard Dawkins and his glorious sense of humor.

As a Christian, it makes me sad to hear the nastiness of these letters, and his lack of faith in Christ.

My 15yo dd and I just laughed ourselves to tears through this. My dd said 'don't ever make me go to church again'!

These are the people who give Christians a bad name!

WOW……Just WOW!! Have any of the people that wrote those things ever read the Bible, or any other book of faith? I'm pretty sure, from my recollection there was something in there about "Judge not lest ye be judged" Everybody has their own beliefs, and although they may not be our beliefs that does not give anybody the right to spew hatred. This is just appalling.

I am reminded of an old youth camp song...

"And they'll know we are christians by our love, by our love;
Yes, they'll know we are christians by our love..."

***snork***

I love that he is (mostly) able to keep as straight face as he read these... something his crew couldn't do!!!
(nor could I!!!)

Thanks for sharing, Grumpy!

christians: giving religion a bad name through misintrupretation, judgement and superstitions perpetuated by power-hungry clergy.

I disagree with Richard Dawkins (though I am fundamentally an agnostic myself) in that I think he goes too far by essentially saying that a rational human being cannot think that practicing a religion is okay. But I would love to debate with him in an academic forum, not call him a beeyotch... ;)

I cannot increase the volume on my computer so am trying to read his lipes but the content is elusive. He seems to quite amused, and cheerful about what he is reading. What I like best is the lovely fish tank in the background. Eddie should have such a vacation.

Question Does God require a defense by mere humans ?

That is one bioche of a fish tank.

This was hilarious and extremely sad at the same time. I can barely believe people condemning one another to hell for all eternity. How can anyone with a rational mind believe that is true?
