That kind appeals to women and just doesn't fly in Texas. Barbecue here is made by men.
Women can grill, but men barbecue, and happily drive their grills halfway across the state on specially built trailers for a competition, dripping sparks along I-10 and causing grassfires from San Anton to Ammansville. Also not for the sane, but it tastes GOOD!
