"During the seizure she was shaking all her limbs, as well as all four extremities".

Maybe there was an itinerant sneeze or missing punctuation? ...during the seizure, she was shaking in all limbs as well (Aaachhhooooo) ..as in all four extremities? Hmm. Aachhhooo!
