After having one for a few months, I highly recommend the Amazon Ring to anyone who's ever wanted to see regular pictures of themselves, in pajamas and a robe, carrying out the trash.

Our Ring doorbell AI is a slow learner; it regularly claims a person is at the door whenever the garbage truck drives by way out in the street; yet, about 25% of the time, it fails to detect the newspaper delivery guy dropping off the paper three feet away. And our cat is occasionally a delivered package.
