When my kids were in school we called this Chicago Math, now we call it Common Core Curriculum.

Pediatricians know this problem all too well!
You know, they say that some people's internal clocks aren't 24 hours. Some people live a 'day' that's closer to 30 or even 36 hours. Clearly this person is one of the latter.
Ask her if she's generally asleep at 32:00 hours.
"Once" a day translates to 11 in Spanish.
Our computer at work will not allow us to record midnight as a dosing time; it has to either be 23:59 or 00:01, so I could see how this woman might figure a dose TID occasionally for a Q 12 hrs interval. On the other hand, I seriously doubt that is what she is doing.
