I'll take two.

From this ad, I take it the majority of sonographers are heterosexual females, or gay men. As a heterosexual female though, I gotta say I don't find it attractive when guys are prettier than me.
No probes attached... that improves accuracy
Why on earth is this in a medical journal? My first impression was some sort of perfume ad!
Wow! Will he see my medicaid patients?
What disease do I need to get to see him?
There's an ultrasound machine in the ad?
Oh..wait, there is...oh..and buildings, too.
Nevermind.
Designer stubble ( not copyright ) .
Leather scrubs would be real handy for those below freezing Mongolian nights...
"Now pay attention, 007. This looks like an ordinary ultrasound machine..."
Hey asshole! Quit staring off into space and get the fuck out of the road before I run you over! You hear me???
I was going to guess a blood glucose monitor... Also my captcha was "THE uturdoc" - do you get to pick those?!
Hayata uses the beta capsule and becomes...Ultrasound Man!
"Psst! Hey, buddy! You lookin' to buy a fetus? C'mere, check this out..."
Helllloooooo! It's an ARTISAN ultrasound machine!
In these difficult economic times, it takes more than just good looks and tight leather clothes to be a successful male prostitute. You need a portable ultrasound machine...
Officer Cynical is moonlighting again.
Packer, if I looked that good I wouldn't be doin' this stinkin' job. But thanks anyway!
No way! Not even if given unlimited guesses (unless, maybe if I looked at the screen - nah.)
Maybe they saw an opportunity to save advertising dollars: The ad company would either provide them with custom art and a focused campaign for big bucks, or, for fewer bucks, they would "re-work" an ad that they produced for someone else, but which failed to capture the bid. In this case, it was an ad for lap tops. You know - like re-conditioned car parts.
Given that the ad was in a medical journal, it touted "getting to the point," and called itself "Dr. Accuracy," I sincerely hoped it was for a good EMR system. (Some might think that EMR stands for Electronic Medical Record - that's just what they tell the public. Those of us who have to use them know that EMR really stands for Even More Redundancy.) Tricia
Oh, this is the best: "Now pay attention, 007. This looks like an ordinary ultrasound machine..."
