Winter vacation ditziness
Dr. Grumpy: "Marie, do you know who does the voice of Barbie?"
Marie: "No."
Dr. Grumpy: "The same lady who did the voice of Princess Ariel."

On Friday, December 13th, the students from "litte town , OK" High School participated in an annual outing , called ‘Gifts for Yanks’ and delivered presents to all inpatient Veterans at the tertiary hospital. (they also do great choir songs along hallways between wards and clinics). A particular elderly Veteran was so moved that someone remembered him, he started to get emotional, as did the (about a dozen) student standing right beside him. Once the student started to cry the elderly Veteran grabbed her hand to comfort her and say "thank you". What did he receive that made him so emotional, you ask? A picture frame and a bag of socks.
During this holiday season, let us remember, it’s not what we give that makes the difference it’s how we give it – from our hearts. Happy Holidays.
