Looks like a penis, only smaller.
My hospital had a nastygram announcement labeling that as pornography and I had to see it on my phone. I thought it wasn't impressive enough to be porn, if you get my drift.
Stop dicking around with the government shut down America.
They don't have a sophisticated graphics department over there.
Small, smaller, smallest. My only comment. Oh . . . And a tech or two will be losing their jobs.
The video link that showed up at the end of that video was about a penis festival in Japan, so I am guessing the phallic image in the background monitor was in preview of that. ?
Why were you watching a Slavic news show, anyway? :)
