And yes, I realize (s)he didn't actually sign their name literally "Ibee Grumpy."
But first thing's first: memantine 5 mg PO daily +/- donepazil 5 mg PO QHS. Someone's got it baaaad.

Recently I was at the airport and saw a poorly dressed middle aged man wearing a jersey that said "Grumpy" on the back. I realize it probably wasn't you, but it fit how I pictured you perfectly, so please don't burst my little bubble :)
I always like to remind people that if you are not at least a little grumpy , you have not been paying attention.
