I had a guy argue with me that hypertension and high blood pressure were two different things. Finally I gave up, and asked what hypertension was (in his mind)... his response? When his blood pressure went up. I then proceeded to hit my head on the counter.
This blog is entirely for entertainment purposes. All posts about patients, or my everyday life, or anything else may be fictional, or be my experience, or were submitted by a reader, or any combination of the above. Factual statements may or may not be accurate. I could be making all this up. I may not even be a doctor. The only true statement on here is that I probably drink more Diet Coke than you do. A lot more.

Dr. Grumpy,
This is a bit off-topic, but I found this set of hilarious lego-man medical skits, mostly in the ER. Here is one of a patient faking a seizure:

Had a hearty laugh.
Are they related to the patient that had "blood pressure?"
My husband is always telling me I repeat myself. I hope it's not like this.
As opposed to "My arm is only fractured, not broken"
Holy Atenolol! Save this woman doctor!
