I suppose only a neurologist would notice this guy's T-shirt:
Here we have a fashion statement, albeit for a good cause:
I don't understand this:

The truck: US truck driver trying to hide the fact that it is a Volvo (foreign) truck?
This is a still from the Superman movie where he stops a runaway truck by flying in front of and holding it back until it stops.
Unfortunately, the director made a slight mistake with the relative sizes of superman and the truck.
Yes! Free t-shirts!
I still miss all those goofy branded goodies from pharma. My son still uses a Rebif backpack for his Nintendo DS.
Reminds me...I need to steal more pens at my next conference. I'm running out!
Who doesn't love boobies?
Making those great vacation memories and shooting them with my new 18 mp digital slr with the 55 /135 mm autofocus zoom that I bough special for this trip.
Welcome back!
Nah. People w/ MS would notice the shirt.
That is an excellent nerd reference Dr G!
Thank you, Pat. Those 3 panels, with the whole statement, are the best ever written. No exceptions.
That belt is very appropriate, seeing as it is world breastfeeding week.
I read that a court stopped some middle schools from banning the "I (heart) Boobies" bracelets and other merchandise on the grounds that because it is for a good medical cause (breast cancer awareness), it can't be considered lewd!
Aye, Donna. And their spouses.
Betaseron has notably improved my wife's quality of life and nearly eliminated her MS exacerbations. I'd notice that shirt in a heartbeat.
