If you answer "NO" and have a relationhip with that person, a neurologist is the wrong kind of brain doctor to be discussing things with.

This is out of context. The respondent may have had a relationship with a now-deceased neuro patient when that person was alive. I'd like to see the whole survey before concluding that this is a dumb question.
