"Specifically, the neurologist I met in a bar last night who was offering free brain diagnoses. Some of those tests he ran were pretty weird, though. And how come none of the other patients getting EEGs are taking their clothes off and being photographed while they do it?"
she couldn't have been one of your patients ... she remembered to do the test and then did it LOL - your blog makes my depression go away because i start laughing so hard i don't remember why i'm depressed in the 1st place
Am I the only person who has ever had a doctor tell me they'd like me to have a test without giving me any more information than that they think I need to have it? Really? I ask why, but not everyone does.
This blog is entirely for entertainment purposes. All posts about patients, or my everyday life, or anything else may be fictional, or be my experience, or were submitted by a reader, or any combination of the above. Factual statements may or may not be accurate. I could be making all this up. I may not even be a doctor. The only true statement on here is that I probably drink more Diet Coke than you do. A lot more.

I'm a CMA and when I ask a patient why they're being seen today I often times get the answer "because the doctor said so". D'oh!
