Can't argue with that

Last night I was reading EEGs at the hospital. They always have a patient form attached, to give you some background on why they're having the test.

So last night I found this.

Obviously that patient works for Microsoft: The answer is true, factual, and of absolutely no use for the purpose of the question asked.

"Specifically, the neurologist I met in a bar last night who was offering free brain diagnoses. Some of those tests he ran were pretty weird, though. And how come none of the other patients getting EEGs are taking their clothes off and being photographed while they do it?"

I'm a CMA and when I ask a patient why they're being seen today I often times get the answer "because the doctor said so". D'oh!

Am I the only person who has ever had a doctor tell me they'd like me to have a test without giving me any more information than that they think I need to have it? Really? I ask why, but not everyone does.
