I was reading some news stories this evening, and found these remarkable poll results. The study is still in progress, so I have no idea how much sillier they'll get.
I think spending money on math lessons sounds a bit smarter at this point.
They probably displayed the results at the same time a new vote was added, so the yes response was included, but the divisor (total number of responses) had not updated.
This blog is entirely for entertainment purposes. All posts about patients, or my everyday life, or anything else may be fictional, or be my experience, or were submitted by a reader, or any combination of the above. Factual statements may or may not be accurate. I could be making all this up. I may not even be a doctor. The only true statement on here is that I probably drink more Diet Coke than you do. A lot more.

Bill O'Reilly set that up, no doubt.
margin for error = 0.71%
Obviously the people who answered no include the likes of Big Foot, the Yeti, Nessie, the Chupacabra, and that character from the O'Reilly factor.
They say 5 out of 4 people have trouble with statistics. ;)
Haha, maybe they used the golf scoring system in the poll, and everyone got to vote multiple times.
This is a typical "off by one" error. 141/140 = 1.0071...
So, it looks like the idiot who wrote the software for this poll didn't screw up the math, they screwed up counting!
