I mean, what additional info do you need, Doctor? It state very clearly the unspecified diagnosis comes from the patient’s father’s side of the family. If you can’t figure out how to treat this patient for their unspecified diagnosis, then I have to question your qualifications. ;)
I mean, my mom always said my long-incarcerated father was a sick man, but she never said why.
