Veterinarians deal with crazy humans, but also run the risk of being attacked by pets. Most 4-legged things bite.
But when you hear about staff at a vet's office being bitten, you DON'T expect another homo sapiens to be involved.
Until now.
Yes, folks, a lady in Florida brought her Shih-Tzus to the vet for grooming. And when they weren't ready as fast as she wanted them to be, she went canine on the staff, biting them repeatedly.
I'm not making this up. Here's the story.
It doesn't say if she's up-to-date on her shots, but I suspect she'll be quarantined for a while.

And they say that after a while owners begin to look like their pets - I had no idea they began to act like them too - YIKES

Yikes! As a vet I thought I had enough to worry about with my patients wanting to bite me. Now I'm going to have to worry about their owners too...
Nobody is happy anymore, and why is that ? Is it because of Bush or is it because of Obama--I think it has to be one or the other for everyone seems to be saying it is one or the others fault.
The wrapping is coming off, it wasn't too tight to begin with.

This has been making the rounds on our veterinary forum. The general consensus is that the biter needs to be tested for Rabies. (Involves decapitation!)

I live in Florida (In the "nursing home" section of florida) and for some reason...this does not shock me...
Oh, I just read the article, the location is within the "nursing home" section of Florida, I knew it!
So, whack her on the nose with a newspaper and put her in a cage with a sign "Beware of Bitch."

Henceforth she should be required to wear a muzzle at all times when in public. Oh yeah, and have her canines pulled.
