This could be the nightmare of a pharmacist; waking out of a dream someday in the future and the world will have converted to the binary system while one's brain has reverted to the apothecary system of weights and measures --how many scruples in a dram? I see myself being walked down the hall to the dining room with a geriatric nursing assistant at the local dementia recreation center futilely thinking of converting avoirdupois drams to grains and hearing myself counting footsteps.
"Patients should take an activist role in their treatment. They should be proactive and fully cognizant of their needs and concerns and they should not be afraid to express themselves and discuss their treatment options with their physicians..... " blah blah blah.... yeah that will work.
