Ms. Dixon: "What do you think it will show?"
Dr. Grumpy: "It's hard to say. I don't think there's anything of alarm, but with your symptoms I'd like to make sure I'm not missing anything."
Ms. Dixon: "So you really aren't sure?"
Dr. Grumpy: "No, that's why I want to get the test."
Ms. Dixon: "This is kind of disappointing. I thought you'd be able to tell me what it would show, that way I wouldn't need to have it in the first place."

It will show a big empty space where your brain should be.
Why doesn't she just hire someone else to take the test for her?
Come on doc, you have xray vision, dontcha?
I personally think that it's going to show conclusive proof that you were abducted by the alien mother ship and had tracking/monitoring implants placed through out your body.
I can't be 100% certain however, and that's why I want to have this test done.
The truth is out there and the government can't keep this a secret forever.
I mean, wouldn't we all like that?

You need to be able to drop brain tumor into your conversations with a face of resignation.
First rule of writing: show, don't tell.
I'm getting an idea why your are Dr Grumpy ;-)
Back in the. Day when CT brain imaging first arrived on the scene, I rember the request forms had a diagram of a brain on which you had to mark where you though the pathology was. In this case you would leave that part of the form blank,,,
