When I worked in market research I used to get incensed at companies that wanted offer respondents paltry sums or a chance to win a sweepstakes. You are paying a company $$$$ for opinions that will help you make $$$$$$$$$. Respect the opinions enough to offer fair compensation for them.
This blog is entirely for entertainment purposes. All posts about patients, or my everyday life, or anything else may be fictional, or be my experience, or were submitted by a reader, or any combination of the above. Factual statements may or may not be accurate. I could be making all this up. I may not even be a doctor. The only true statement on here is that I probably drink more Diet Coke than you do. A lot more.

At least they are honest.
Obviously your 'time' and especially your 'opinions' aren't worth much...!
But if you do enough of those, it really adds up.

And the information will be worth every penny they pay for it.
Jeez, where's your altruism?

At the bottom it says you will be mailed an honorarium of $0.
Kind of like all those zero dollar copay commercials. Ugh! So tired of that darned zero dollar.
How about a real dollar, please!
Wow!! That and a bitcoin will get me ...nothing.
I received this exact invitation, but in email form last week.
