A Blog detailing the insanity of my medical practice and the stupidity of everyday life.

Well, this actually only makes sense to U-M alums. Also, the football team is quite a bit better than the basketball team.
umm... it could have KINDA worked if it was Jimmy Graham of the Saints, as he had come from basketball... lol
I wonder how many heads this flew right over
Go blue!!
I'm guessing they pulled the photo from a UM publication. Dr. Kutcher was an Associate Professor of Neurology at UM. From the UM staff page:
"As director of the Michigan Neurosport Program, Dr. Kutcher's research interests focus on the neurologic sequelae of sports injuries and the management of neurologic diseases in the athlete. Particular areas of research include concussion, migraine headache, and sleep disorders."
YOU ACTUALLY THINK NEUROLOGISTS KNOW ANTHING ABOUT SPORTS??
Michigan fans are sooooo nitty.
I'm guessing they thought a bunch of geeky doctors wouldn't know the difference between basketball and football.
I had a friend who taught gym, his favorite activity for class was tackle basketball. He played a couple of years with the Bears and then went to Medical School. He was an unusual fellow.
Packer- I guess that means he's a neurologist.
I could use a job,,,, editor maybe... :}
I'm gussing he just doesn't know the difference. Spent too much time in school and not enough time playing.
It's amazing how often stuff like this gets by everyone. My software company produced a marketing piece about a new disk drive...with a cover photo of a tape backup system.
I looked this guy up to make sure that he was looking at concussions for the NBA. Is that really a big problem in basketball? I am sure that is just some file photo, but what a lack of attention to detail!
ROFL...Grumpy I almost spit my glass of wine on the 'puter after that unusual fellow comment.
You could do a whole segment on who becomes a neurologist in med school on that, couldn't you? (Just like those reflex hammers).
I am going to defend the writer/editor. "The NBA joins the NFL, NHL and Major League Baseball in instituting a concussion protocol." So the NBA is late to the party, but the doctor has been working with data from the other sports....you all are too analytical for your own good.
Man, that's really violent, physical basketball they're playing there. In fact it almost looks like American football!
