Just what it sounds like. She put her phone on the floor so she could get videos of her beloved cats. Then she put several small cat food dishes on the phone, to attract said cats. But she keeps stumbling into those things, so she sought the help of a famed neurologist and yak herder.
I worked in the medical records office of our local hospital waaay back in the dark ages (1970's) when we would transcribe the records from doctors' voice recordings. Most of the time we could figure it out, but there was one Dr. whose surgery tape had a phrase NONE of us could decipher. We asked him to come in and listen to it, and HE couldn't figure it out. I can't imagine what kind of stuff AI is gonna come up with lol
This is exactly the type of thing that happens when human medical transcriptionists are replaced by voice-recognition software. I used to hear phrases that sounded like "Goan raroo hireenite" (props to Dave Barry) but I knew that the statement actually was, "The patient was taken to the operating room and placed in the supine position on the operating table."
This blog is entirely for entertainment purposes. All posts about patients, or my everyday life, or anything else may be fictional, or be my experience, or were submitted by a reader, or any combination of the above. Factual statements may or may not be accurate. I could be making all this up. I may not even be a doctor. The only true statement on here is that I probably drink more Diet Coke than you do. A lot more.

Which Yes album is that from?
I don't think ChatGTP and medical charting are ready for each other yet.
Is that "cat dishes" in the sense that a chicken dish is a dish made with chicken, and a beef dish is a dish made with beef?
One difficulty of living in an age where everyone has cell phones is an increased number of victims of catdishing.
She needs to upgrade to a phone plan that allows her to walk into long-distance cat dishes.
Colorless green ideas sleep furiously.

My hovercraft is full of eels.
She continues to walk into the cactuses that are located on her lawn.
So simple even Pete Buttigieg could translate that.
