 Here's some items that I've recently encountered in medical charts.

I did say that I'd remove the cause but not the symptoms. What part don't you all understand?

Sounds like a review of autoimmune illnesses, father had it, we don’t know what causes it, we have no cure for it, last forever makes your legs twitch and your ass burn. No really burn.
