Of course you can't send him/her a letter. It would only go to the dead letter office.

@Anonymous: Well, I have been known to tell a doc that getting a DeLorean up to 88 mph is certainly possible, but O'Reilly never has flux capacitors in stock and I know of no supplier for a Mr. Fusion and without that they're not asking my parents anything.
