It's never a good sign...

When the new patient, on the sign-in sheet, writes their name as Ibee Grumpy.

Then, when questioned, has no idea who Ibee Grumpy is.

    And yes, I realize (s)he didn't actually sign their name literally "Ibee Grumpy."

    But first thing's first: memantine 5 mg PO daily +/- donepazil 5 mg PO QHS. Someone's got it baaaad.

    Recently I was at the airport and saw a poorly dressed middle aged man wearing a jersey that said "Grumpy" on the back. I realize it probably wasn't you, but it fit how I pictured you perfectly, so please don't burst my little bubble :)
