Okay, as required to maintain my hospital privileges (in addition to sending in a check) every 2 years I have to take mandatory online testing to make sure I can deal with situations at the hospital.
So, without further comment (that's your job, isn't it?) here are some of the questions I was asked, along with the answer options:

The sad thing these days is that so many people would think that "use a cell phone and start recording" is the correct answer.
"Use a cell phone and start recording (and then dub 'Yakety Sax' into the video)" should be an answer to all the questions.
The obvious answer to all of the questions is "There's always that one person that nobody likes. Figure out a way to pin the blame on them."
Why isn't there a choice of saying 'This is beyond the scope of my job responsibilities'.
The answer to each of these questions is give the person a $20 bill, it has never been known to fail
This reminds me of the mandatory "ethics training" at the University of Illinois, where I used to teach (what, you can't accept a Cubs season ticket from a vendor? Who knew?).
My ethics certificate with Rod Blagojevich's facsimile signature is one of my most prized possessions.
Most of these questions are pretty dumb, but the one about the cleaning product "containing chemicals" is world-class dumb. Pretty much everything "contains chemicals", including distilled water.

As a school teacher I have had to watch multiple videos each year. I have watched the video on how to wash my hands every year for 35 years. Thank god I retired a few weeks ago and I’ll never have to do that again.
