Drugs and Alcohol • 1 drink = 2 ½ ounces of 80 proof liquor. On average, I consume 5-7 drinks per week. • Started smoking in 1974. Quit smoking in 1995. It wasn't easy. • I do not use any illegal or recreational drugs such as (but not limited to) Narcotics, Stimulants, Depressants, or Hallucinogens including cannabis (marijuana).
Allergies • House dust, pollen, animal dander, apricots, hops (female flowers (also called seed cones or strobiles)) of the hop plant, Humulus lupulus, as used in making beer. Exposure causes sinus congestion, runny nose, itching, and nausea. Over exposure causes disorientation, belligerence, and vomiting.
Not motivated to quite being a never smoker of cigarettes. This is a problem?
But seriously, as a rare disease patient my medical records are so inaccurate they are very likely going to be the death of me if I ever am in crisis and unable to advocate for myself at the hospital. It is something I have had to accept, unfortunately. Every try to have your records corrected? It is literally impossible.
It's simple. He's never used methanol, but he occasionally uses isopropanol. And he doesn't smoke cigarettes, but he uses them in some other way that gives him gratification.
The first one I kinda get. When I got my tubes removed the doc had an online form to fill out with all that stuff the nurse usually asks. I said I was an occasional drinker, the next step down was never drink. The next question was frequency. I was torn between 1-2 drinks/week and never drink. I actually had 3-4 drinks/year and never drink was closer to accurate, but not at all true, but 1-2 drinks/week was WAY overstating. Whatever I did the nurse ended up correcting it when she went over it.
Same source as the COVID-19 data?
