Then why ask me?

Mr. Tophi: "Look at this thing on my foot. It really hurts. Is this from my Parkinson's disease?"

Dr. Grumpy: "No, that looks like gout."

Mr. Tophi: "Funny, that's exactly what my podiatrist and internist said, too."

  1. Indeed, Mr Tophi. And remember, neurologists, internists and orthopods are really bad at treating gout. The time has come to see a rheumatologist.
