"During the seizure she was shaking all her limbs, as well as all four extremities".

  5. I see this all the time. The thing is that I'm reading first/second year med student notes...(I volunteer at a med student run clinic.) The latest was:

  7. Maybe there was an itinerant sneeze or missing punctuation? ...during the seizure, she was shaking in all limbs as well (Aaachhhooooo) ..as in all four extremities? Hmm. Aachhhooo!
