I love the favorite colors heading! I wish there were one of these for nurses but according to the chart for doctors I'm in the right field (let's just say I'm crazy with a short attention span).
I don't think you're insensitive...and I'm pretty sure some of your patients are mobile.

I work on a surgical floor that includes ENT, urology, optho...and those are the colours we use to organize their charts!
