I couple of times of the years, I had to care for severe alcoholics as inpatients. The Valium protocol did not work and the patients refused to quit drinking. So, I actually had to write in the orders to serve 1 beer with each meal three times daily. The family brought in beer to store in the fridge. The younger nursing staff thought they were being pranked! lol
Why the Dutch beer? There are so many tastier types. And if it's the alcohol (s)he is looking for, why is the beer even there? Just stick with the vodka in the freezer...
for those of us not familiar with the environs, what's supposed to be/usually in there?

ReplyDeleteAs usual, the neurosurgeon got in early and drank the other five.
ReplyDeleteThe residents, meanwhile, are stuck with Steel Reserve.
ReplyDeleteNo Diet Coke? How could they do that?
ReplyDeleteWell, if you can have medical marijuana...
