When I was 14 my grandmother was in a coma. For some reason, the hospital kept sending food to her room, despite the fact that she obviously wasn't going to eat it. I was there, I was hungry, so I ate it! Hospital people wrote down on her chart that she had eaten everything.
Recently got office notes released that noted my ligament injury and lack of motion, but in the global list of physical exam, it said I had full range of motion, right...

ReplyDeleteIt would be nice if deferring the review of symptoms was easier, but in many EMRs if you don't check the boxes you don't get the money.
