Electronic medical records really are a bad joke. It would be funny if they didn't cost so much.
And the cost can be lives, not £,$ or €...
Maybe those are the names of his pets.
It doesn't appear that the Neurontion jellybean has a different last name. Maybe the person is not allergic to the gabapentin jellybean.
I just read an article about the problems with electronic medical records - which I heard about here first. Now I understand why I'm always asked if I could be pregnant - I'm 65. :(
Of course the patient was feeling no pain at time of interview
Maybe patient is lying.
Did the patient later say, "They gave me a drug that starts with D... Dee lo did?."
So wadda you think?
