Had a lady call in once needing help registering her microchip for her dog, the website didn't have her dog breed on it, she claimed. I asked what breed her dog was, she proudly said, 'Maltipoo.'.
I explained that a maltipoo is a mixed breed dog, so she needs to put 'mixed breed' on the form.
She couldn't understand how her dog was a mixed breed, because she spent so much money on it! And then asked me what breeds a maltipoo was mixed with...
