Rats to rats

Mr. Muroidea: "I used to be a stockbroker, but I couldn't stand the rat race, and quit."

Dr. Grumpy: "What do you do now?"

Mr. Muroidea: "I have a farm. I raise rats for labs."

  2. Knowledge acquired in prior profession---nice.

I am glad he raises them for labs, rather than for the meat and fur trade.

  6. @Thatgirl: Yes, rats are much nicer than many people. They are clean, intelligent and quite affectionate. They make wonderful pets if raised properly. I suggest we use humans in experiments and keep the rats as family & friends..

  7. My school's lab pays $75 per guinea pig. It's a profitable trade I think. They breed like... guinea pigs.

  10. Hey, let the Psych Yak herders dole out those meds. You don't wnat them angry at OUR Yak herder. They know how to use restraints and such ...

Worked in the rat lab at our college Psych department before Naoh built a boat. Rats are relatively clean, affectionate and smart creatures. I like them, but am glad that they are the lab animals and not me and my kids (my ex-husband, however ...)
